In the summer of 2001, the congregation at Arlington Street Church undertook a $2 million renovation of our sanctuary, which included an extraordinary acoustical overhaul and the installation of a state-of-the art sound system. In this beautiful, sacred space, the sky is not the limit!
We seek to offer the broadest possible diversity of the highest quality musical selections, both at Sunday morning worship services, and through the ongoing series Music@ASC. Our staff musicians include an organist/accompanist, a quartet of professional singers, and our music director, who conducts our largely-volunteer choir. Their work is regularly augmented by diverse talent drawn from the vibrant Boston music scene: in past years, we have welcomed a Venezuelan band and members of the U.S. Air Force Band of Liberty, folksingers and an opera company, a gospel choir and the Boston Gay Men’s Chorus.
